I haven’t worked out in forever. I lost 8 lbs in 8 weeks on the atkins diet, then went off for carbs. Now I need to re evaluate my non working out and my calorie intake and get in shape. I only have 15-20ish lbs until I’m at my gw. Let’s see if I can start off by making an appearance at the elliptical tomorrow morning before work. Tomorrow is a new day and I need to make it worth while.

Day 2

Day 2 on the Atkins Diet

I thought I was doing well, but I didn’t know that I didn’t subtract the “sugars” part of the carbs so I bought some weight watchers ice cream and pudding…so I ate two ice creams thinking they were 4 grams of carbs each and the pudding I thought was 2 grams. So I hid the pudding and can’t look at the ice cream.

BUT I DID LOSE 1.2 LBS SINCE YESTERDAY! :) Starting today I’m REALLY paying attention to the carbs and what I’m eating because I WILL BE DOWN TO atleast 155 by March 16 (when I do my boudoir pictures for my husband). 

Fingers Crossed this diet works!

Day 1

Today, is the first day of the Atkins diet for me! I’m pretty excited to see results in a couple weeks! I’ve done really well for my first day, it’s 3pm and I’ve had 14 carbs! I’ll be up until around 10 & I have 11 more I can eat! 

I also got some atkins bars and shakes to help curb my cravings and I have a cook book coming in soon! Super Excited!

I will try and post daily and let you know how it’s going :)
